Is there a sign-up fee?
No. You pay shipping per item or per kg when your parcels ship, with a $5 handling fee once per customer.
Can I use the address on any website?
Yes, at checkout on any US store. Use your full name, and tell us what you ordered straight away.
What if a parcel arrives with no name on it?
Message us the order details and tracking number and we will match it. Parcels without a clear name take longer to identify.
