Service Description
Liyanda provides shopping assistance and shipping coordination services for individuals purchasing goods from US online retailers for delivery to Zimbabwe. We are not a licensed freight forwarder or customs broker — actual shipping is handled by our trusted third-party courier partners.
User Responsibilities
By using Liyanda's services you agree to:
- Only ship items that are legal in both the USA and Zimbabwe.
- Provide accurate item descriptions and declared values.
- Not ship prohibited items including explosives, firearms, flammable liquids, drugs, or counterfeit goods.
- Pay all applicable fees before your shipment is processed.
Fees & Pricing
All prices are in USD. A $5 handling fee applies to every shipment. A 10% buy-for-me fee applies when Liyanda purchases items on your behalf. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Limitation of Liability
Liyanda is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier failures. We strongly recommend insurance for high-value items. Our liability is limited to the shipping fees paid for the affected shipment.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your shipment (name, WhatsApp number, delivery address). We do not sell your data. Contact us on WhatsApp to request deletion of your information.
