How do I get started?
Join our WhatsApp group and tell us what you want to buy. We will guide you through every step.
How do I pay for my items?
You pay for the items at the US store directly using your card, PayPal, or we can buy them for you (10% buy-for-me fee applies). Shipping fees are paid separately.
How long does shipping take?
Shipments depart every 2 weeks and take 7–14 business days to arrive in Zimbabwe from the day they leave the USA. Exact shipment dates are always posted in our WhatsApp group.
Can I send multiple items in one shipment?
Yes! Combining items saves money. Send us a list and we will calculate the total cost.
What happens if my item is damaged?
We package everything carefully. For high-value items we strongly recommend insurance. Contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Are there items I cannot ship?
Yes — explosives, flammable liquids, drugs, and other prohibited items. See our Shipping Guide for the full list.
