How to track your parcel from the USA to Zimbabwe
Every Liyanda order gets an order reference. With your WhatsApp number and that reference you can see where your parcels are at any time, including shipment dates and customs clearance.

How to track
- 1Open the tracking page.
- 2Enter the WhatsApp number you gave us and your order reference (it starts with LYD-).
- 3See each order, its boxes and the shipment each box is travelling on.
We remember your details on your device so you do not have to type them again next time.
Parcels in more than one box or shipment
Orders sometimes arrive at our warehouse on different days or travel on different shipments. Your tracking page shows each shipment separately with its own shipment date and progress.
Frequently asked questions
I do not have an order reference. What now?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and what you ordered. We will log the order and send you a reference.
Why does my order show “waiting for the warehouse”?
We have logged the order but the parcel has not yet reached our Maryland warehouse. The page updates the day it arrives.
